About the event

“Whether you've had an active day and are feeling tight, or you've been sitting all day and need to loosen up, this yoga session will assist you in stretching it out.”

Here is a fundamental yoga course designed for beginner yogis seeking to establish a profound connection between their mind and body through the practice of yoga. This course comprises four sequential yoga classes, each with the primary goal of illuminating your mind, providing you with methods to comprehend your body, infusing positive energy, and alleviating negative thoughts and stress.

Each class focuses on a different area of your body. Upon completing this course, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of your body, identifying both its strengths and weaknesses, as well as assessing your flexibility and strength levels. This insight allows you to tailor your training to address specific areas, benefiting not only your yoga practice but also enhancing your overall physical health. It serves as a foundation for injury prevention in various sports and practices.

Moreover, our yoga class also offers techniques for breathwork and meditation to nurture and enrich your mental well-being. Grant yourself the gift of mindfulness, alleviating stress from daily life, the challenges of dark-cold weather, or any factors that may evoke sadness. This practice enhances the overall quality of your mental life.

Schedule:

• Class 1: Establishing body connection through yogic breath, warming up with yoga postures, emphasizing shoulder opening, conducting body scanning, and fostering mindfulness.

• Class 2: Practicing yoga breath and warm-up exercises, concentrating on the spine, incorporating techniques to reduce injuries, and cultivating mindfulness.

• Class 3: Engaging in yoga breath and warm-up routines, centering on hip opening, strengthening the core, enhancing flexibility, and embracing mindfulness.

• Class 4: Inhaling through yoga breath, warming up with yoga sequences, directing focus to the legs, refining balance, executing stretches, activating yoga poses, and concluding the training with mindfulness.
